Privacy Policy
VoicePaws uses the information you submit to create, review, deliver, and support your talking-pet video. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and what happens to your uploaded media.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the details you type into the form, including the customer email address, occasion, written message, pet name, and any background or admin notes tied to the submission.
We also collect the pet photo you upload, the validation metadata derived from that photo, the generated video assets, and basic operational metadata such as timestamps, status changes, and error records.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- validate that the uploaded image is suitable for the product
- generate the talking-pet video from your prompt and image
- review the output before delivery
- send the finished video watch link and MP4 download link to your email
- operate, secure, debug, and improve the service
Service providers
We use third-party infrastructure and model providers to operate the service. At the time of writing, this includes Supabase for database and storage, OpenRouter and its model providers for validation and video generation, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Google Tag Manager for tags and ads measurement. If checkout is enabled, a payment processor may also receive the details needed to process payment.
Submission content is shared with infrastructure, model, email, and payment providers only to the extent needed to run the service for you. Third-party tags receive only coarse measurement data, not your submitted pet photos, messages, names, or email address.
Analytics and ads measurement
We use first-party product analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand page visits and site performance. Third-party tags may receive page URLs, device/browser information, and coarse event metadata for ads measurement and optimization.
We do not intentionally send pet photos, generated videos, written messages, names, email addresses, or raw payment details to third-party tag events.
Storage, retention, and cleanup
Uploaded pet photos are stored in a private bucket and are accessed through expiring signed URLs. Generated videos that are cached in storage are also served through expiring signed URLs.
We automatically delete failed validation uploads and periodically remove stale playground artifacts and orphaned media. Submission records and successfully generated customer assets may remain stored until they are no longer needed for service delivery, support, abuse prevention, or manual cleanup.
Access and deletion requests
If you want us to delete a submission or remove associated media, contact VoicePaws support through the contact method we provide to you. We will review and process reasonable requests subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and operational needs.
Children and sensitive content
Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, and do not submit unlawful, abusive, or highly sensitive personal information through the service. If a photo or message is inappropriate for the product, we may reject the submission.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
